Accessibility
KindBridge Care Inc. is committed to providing services and information in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
We are committed to meeting the accessibility needs of the people we support, their families, our partners and our employees in a timely, integrated and equitable manner.
This website has been designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA in mind. This includes readable typography, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable interactive elements, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, visible focus indicators and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We continue to review and improve our digital experience as content and technology evolve.
Upon request, we will provide information about our services in an accessible format or with communication supports, in a timely manner and at no additional cost. We will consult with the person making the request to determine a suitable format.
Our staff receive training on accessible customer service, the AODA, and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities.
We welcome feedback on how we deliver accessible services. Please contact us by phone, email or through the contact form on this website. Feedback is reviewed by our leadership team, and we will respond in the format you prefer wherever possible.
This statement is reviewed periodically. For questions, please contact KindBridge Care Inc. using the details on our contact page.
